After-Sales Services and Technical Support
1. Quality Guarantee:
The warranty period is either 18 months after the delivery of products, or 12 months from the date of on-site installation. Within the warranty period, we will provide technical information, and repair or replace products free of charge. After the warranty period expires, we will provide service and parts at a low cost.
2. Testing Services (third part tests for items bought by the customer):
We will actively cooperate with customers for the factory inspection, field test and other tests. We also welcome visitors both to our manufacturing facilities and construction sites such as processing workshops, laboratories, and warehouses.
